2020 Rocky Mountain Little League Registration




This session will allow you to register a player(s), enter contact and medical information, and submit payment for RMLL's 2020 House League season. To complete registration through SportsEngine's secure site, please have your Visa or MasterCard information available. If possible, have medical information including physician name and address on hand when registering. The more complete the medical information is, the less you will need to fill out before beginning play.

Once you create an account with SportsEngine, it will save your information for future year's registration. Please double-check that your SportsEngine profile and 2020 Registration data has the correct contact info for all parents, guardians and alternate contacts. After reading this page in its entirety, please click the green button at the bottom of this page to enter the registration system.


NEW FOR 2020


New for the 2020 season are the following:


  1. Blastball is being offered on either Wednesdays or Saturdays*.  Please be sure to select your preferred day when prompted during registration.  
  2. T-ball is being offered on either Mondays and Wednesdays or Tuesdays and Thursdays*.  Please be sure to select your preferred days when prompted during registration.
  3. A $25 administration charge per player will be added to all "offline" payment registrations.
  4. You now have the option of making a tax deductible donation to Rocky Mountain Little League through the Parks Foundation.  If interested please follow the instructions provided on the final Receipt page.**
  5. All players Little League age 9 or older that do not attend an evaluation session will be moved to a waitlist, and we will determine if a spot is available for them as the teams are formed.
  6. There will be NO Picture Day or League provided photos.

For players registering in the Minors, Majors and Teenage Divisions (ages 9 to 16 plus any 8 year olds who want to try out for a spot in Minors) attendance at one evaluation session is mandatory. Evaluation dates for Minors, Majors, and Teenage are March 14 and March 15, 2020. Teenage Division placement will be determined by evaluation results and based on the division structure that District 8 adopts for 2020 (TBD).  Link to 2020 Evaluation page  


All players league age 9 or older who do not attend an evaluation session will be moved to a waitlist, and we will determine if a spot is available for them as the teams are formed.


Players registering in the Blast Ball, T-Ball and Rookie Ball Divisions do not attend evaluations.




Please note that all requests to play with friends, requests for a specific coach, or requests to play in a Division that the registration system will not permit you to register for (based on date of birth) must be completed when registering. You will be prompted for this information, so please select the appropriate response when you reach these sections. Any requests are subject to approval by the league's player agent, and for a variety of reasons not all requests can be accommodated.




Registration fees will increase by $100 on March 1st for players in Minors, Majors and Teenage Divisions. Registration fees for Blast Ball, T-Ball and Rookie Ball Divisions will increase by $50 on March 16th. If you need assistance with fees, please contact Calgary Kidsport


Any request to withdraw with a refund must be sent via email to All registrations have a $25 non-refundable portion. For players in Blast Ball, T-Ball and Rookie Ball, if your request to withdraw is received on or before March 31st, a full refund less the $25 fee will be provided. No refunds are provided for any request received on or after April 1st for these divisions.


For players in Minors, Majors and Teenage Divisions, if your request to withdraw is received before the date of the first evaluation session, a full refund less the $25 fee will be provided. Requests received after the first evaluation session will be provided less a $75 non-refundable fee. No refunds are provided for any request received after teams have been formed in these divisions.


SportsEngine registration/credit card fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.


After registration closes for each division, wait list registrations are accepted but spots are not guaranteed.  Should you wish to have your child placed on a wait list, please e-mail


The registration system will ask if you would like to make a donation or sponsorship to RMLL. Any donations or sponsorship funds will be used to purchase new equipment, diamond maintenance supplies, uniforms, and to pay for winter facility rental fees that allow us to run practices and clinics before the season begins.




The success of RMLL is dependent upon the work of volunteers.  There are many opportunities to volunteer with the league, a team, or during the games. RMLL's board of directors encourages and expects each RMLL family to volunteer for a minimum of 4 hours during the season.  Please indicate your volunteer interests in the appropriate section of the registration. 


Unlike many volunteer youth sports organizations, RMLL does not require a volunteer deposit. However, if you absolutely cannot volunteer, we encourage you to make a minimum donation of $100 when you register.




RMLL needs at least two rostered volunteer coaches per team. Little League Canada and RMLL requires all volunteers (including head coaches and assistants) to complete annual vulnerable sector checks (administered by Calgary Police Services) and Little League Canada volunteer forms/screening procedures. Prospective/interested coaches are asked to submit ePIC background check requests as soon as possible in early January/February.  See the RMLL Documents/Rules page and scroll to POLICE CHECKS AND LITTLE LEAGUE VOLUNTEER FORMS - 2020 for full details.


RMLL will provide several pre-season and in-season coaching clinics and full season practice plans to all coaches, in addition to in-season assistance as needed. The board of directors thanks you for your support and efforts to provide kids with a chance to play baseball in a positive, community setting.
